Shipping Update

Now for the disappointing news; unfortunately, due to the nature of recent country relations, the cost of shipping has rocketed up. We have been trying our best to keep them low and reasonable, but in the last couple of months we have had to work toward new rates to help cover the costs of shipping and handling. These new rates will be reflected in all future orders from Whimsical Publishing, as of yesterday, July 9th, 2026.

Whimsical Publishing is very excited and proud to announce that we have officially signed our newest author, K.T. Bird!

K.T. is not only our newest author, but she is also Whimsical’s very first middle grade author! She will be publishing her middle grade book debut with us as of 2027. 🥳

K.T. will be doing a get-to-know-the-author live stream with Whimsical’s owner Hannah on August 3rd at 10:00 AM PDT, so be sure to pop in to meet K.T. K.T. Bird grew up in the Kootenays of British Columbia, Canada, climbing trees, exploring fairy creeks and getting up to general mischief. She now resides in Alberta with her beekeeper husband and two cats. When she’s not busy tending their apiary, exploring the countryside, or gladly getting lost in a fern and moss covered forest , she can usually be found with a cat or two on her lap, a cup of tea near by, and a book in hand.
